Shipping & Deliveries

 

Estimated Delivery Time and Carriers (U.S. & U.K. bound orders)

Orders shipping to the U.K are delivered using Royal Mail and deliver within 3-5 business days (M-F).

For orders shipping within the U.S., we ship using USPS. Please expect delivery between 3-5 business days (M-F).

All shipping destinations outside the UK will receive tracking numbers in the order confirmation email. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to a member of our Customer Success team at hello@yendyskin.com

 

 

International Orders (Non U.S. or U.K.)

All other international orders are shipped with full tracking via Royal Mail. You will receive one tracking number with full visibility.

Please allow between 8 - 15 business days for delivery.

 

 

What to Expect After You Order

Yendy Skin aims to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you'll will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

 

 

Need to Make Changes?

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just shoot us an email and a member of our Customer Success team would be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of checkout.
