For orders shipping within the U.K. we ship via Royal Mail. Please expect delivery between 2-4 business days (M-F).

All international orders are shipped via multiple carriers depending on location, you will be provided a tracking number with full visibility of the packages' travel history from our warehouse in the U.K. to its final destination.

Please allow between 5 - 15 business days (M-F) for delivery.

We aim to provide a seamless experience from start to finish! Upon placing your order you’ll receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a second Shipping Confirmation email with tracking information on your order.

If for any reason you need to make a change to your order (address changes, order quantity, etc.), just contact our Customer Success team here, we will be happy to help. We are generally only able to make changes within 1 hour of you completing the checkout of your order.

Please be aware that depending on your location in the EU, you might incur import duties and VAT charges. These fees are determined by your local government and are beyond our control. If these charges are refused at delivery, your order will be returned to us. In that case, we'll be happy to offer a full refund for your purchase, excluding any shipping costs.
